And when I opened the package and took my first look - I was blown away of how life-like this keychain really is! They captured her completely, from her fluffy fur, her dainty paws right down to the sweet look in her eyes. Needless to say, I got very emotional and had tears in my eyes!

I lost my sweet Clover abruptly from an aggressive cancer that literally manifested overnight. It absolutely broke my heart. This necklace is of a picture I took just one month before I lost her. She was not one to look right at me, but I captured it in this photo. It is perfect! Then I turned it over to see her name AND the Clover emoji I had typed in. My baby Thor would have been 8 this year. Sadly he passed away before his birthday. Silvercut came up the day after he passed away. It looks just like him. He was the silliest boy who always told you he was happy with the bum wiggles. I miss him everyday. Thank you for the pendant.

My friend got me a keychain of my dog who passed in 2023 from diabetes. He was my best friend and had been there with me through so many life changes. I miss him and thinking about him everyday. Along with my tattoo from the same photo, this keychain will also stay by my side just like he did.

So starting off I had ordered the piece about a month in advance hoping to get it for my partners birthday. The piece seemed to get delay after delay. The company was good after I reached out but at this point it was past my partner's birthday. The product itself was perfect yet now it's been about 2 weeks since she's had it and it already is showing marks of wear and she's only had it on her typical car key loop. Detail was perfect but just the quality of the steel and lack of "care" instructions along with the long delay from the order left me lacking.
We’re really sorry again for the unexpected delay, Robert. That’s not how things usually go. We had a facility upgrade that caused a temporary slowdown, but production and shipping are now back to normal. 🙏
As for the wear, if it looks like tarnishing or staining, that’s usually due to oxidation, which can happen to jewelry when exposed to moisture. You’ll find more details in our FAQs, but a gentle clean with mild dish detergent and drying with a soft cloth should help.
